Michele Chang is Co-Founder of Conversations About Race & Belonging, a network of facilitators engaging communities in conversations about racism, race, privilege, equity, and identity. She has facilitated conversations on race since 2016, working in secular, faith, corporate and school community settings and has co-taught high school programs on leadership and on race and equity. She designs and facilitates Conversations About Race & Belonging programs, retreats, and trainings for educators in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Alaska, and Arizona, parents in Arlington and Alexandria, for high school students and for faith communities. Her work is grounded in her perspectives as an Asian American woman, including raising two biracial children. She continues to design and facilitate programs that are restorative, invitational and instructive.
